Roberto A. Viggayan, AIA PIA, UAP founder of the firm, started his international career in Southeast Asia, designing a variety of resorts, hotel and mixed-use projects.  He later joined an architectural firm in Hawaii and established himself as top international designer.  The Hyatt Regency Waikiki*, Hyatt Regency Maui*, Hilton Tapa Tower in Waikiki*, The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel*, The Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach* and the Manila Peninsula*  in the Philippines are examples of his open and graceful style.

Another landmark projects he created was the Cebu Hilton Resort & Towers, a 3-tower mixed-use resort/hotel and residential development, Monte de Piedad mixed-use project, Gold Coast Towers Cebu and Boracay Diamond International  Resort  in the Philippines.

Their involvement in historical projects made them extra sensitive to the preservation of the history and heritage of ones area.  They subscribe to this criteria without compromising the requirement for a modern-day comfort and safety of the users, still providing allowances for the need of future generation.
